TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website https://digitalbranches.com/, owned and operated by Digital Branches (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

PRIOR CONDITIONS

By engaging with Digital Branches for digital marketing or SEO services, the Client confirms the following:

  • The Client does not have duplicate websites, duplicate content, doorway pages, or misleading redirects.
  • The Client has not participated in link farms, paid link exchanges, or spam-based SEO practices that could negatively impact search engine rankings.
  • Digital Branches does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, or sales outcomes, as search engine algorithms are beyond our control.
  • All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the Client modifies or fails to implement optimizations provided by Digital Branches, any performance-related assurances will become void.
  • Digital Branches follows strict ethical and white-hat SEO practices. Any guarantees may be voided if the Client engages in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
    • Use of hidden links or hidden text
    • Linking to link farms or “Free For All” (FFA) link pages
    • Page redirects, cloaking, or deceptive practices
    • Unauthorized submissions to search engines or directories
    • Use of automated submission or reciprocal link software

Digital Branches reserves the right to showcase client websites, designs, layouts, wireframes, and marketing collateral for portfolio display, case studies, or promotional purposes unless explicitly instructed otherwise in writing by the Client.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPECIFIC RIGHTS

To deliver professional SEO and digital marketing services, the Client agrees to provide:

  • FTP, CMS, and backend administrative access required for on-page optimization.
  • Permission to communicate with third parties (e.g., web developers or hosting providers) when necessary.
  • Access to website analytics, performance data, and traffic statistics for reporting and optimization.
  • Authorization for Digital Branches to use the Client’s logos, trademarks, images, and content for SEO-related purposes.
  • If insufficient textual content exists, the Client agrees to provide content or authorize Digital Branches to create content at an additional cost.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

The Client agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information shared by Digital Branches during or after the engagement period. The Client shall not disclose, misuse, or publicly criticize Digital Branches, its employees, or partners on public platforms, forums, blogs, or social media.

Any breach of this non-disclosure obligation may result in legal action, and the Client agrees to compensate Digital Branches for reasonable damages incurred.

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

All materials, content, and information displayed on this website (“Website Content”) are protected by copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of Digital Branches.

You may download or share content for non-commercial use only, provided all copyright notices remain intact. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any Website Content without prior written consent, except where permitted under fair use laws.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

  • All Digital Branches subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Digital Branches does not offer prorated refunds or partial credits for canceled subscriptions.
  • Clients are responsible for understanding service scope, requirements, and compatibility before purchasing any plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel their subscription by emailing info@digitalbranches.com and CC’ing their assigned project manager at least three (3) days before the next billing date.

  • Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email.
  • Failure to cancel properly will result in continued billing.

REFUND POLICY

All services and subscription plans offered by Digital Branches are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, unused services, plan downgrades, or early termination.
  • Payments made are final and non-reversible.
